Shuttered Philadelphia - COVID-19

I had to run into the city today to pick up some prints for clients (my primary source of income with the lockdown orders in place throughout the globe as we fight against covid-19 (coronvirus), and I had to bring my camera to get some quick and safe documentation of the empty city. It was so eerie to walk around Old City at a time when it normally would be bustling with the early lunch crowd, mixed with tourists and locals and various workers in the many industries based there. There was a very real sense of tension in the streets, as people openly crossed to avoid one another.

EDIT: Another run into the city on Apr 20 with two jaunts around the block, one in Center City West, one in Northern Liberties

Full disclosure: I wore a mask & coverings, avoided everyone I came across, and was on the street for no more than 15 minutes, only having left my house in order to fulfill orders for clients for my primary income. STAY THE HELL HOME.
